Site Makeover
I really wanted to call this Extreme Makeover — Website Edition, but ya know marketing and communications are taking a bit of a beating lately. So I tried to think of a way to help businesses get a boost while still cutting costs in their advertising budget. I can easily take an existing site, extract the content and re-package it, freshen it up, wrap it in a new coat of paint. It essentially is a new site with the same content, and same pages and it is surprising what can happen with a simple site refresh. I know any time Mloader is updated the stats bump up about 10%-20%.
So here is the deal… For $450 or less, I'll take your existing site and give it a brand new, fresh look. We will re-use your existing photos and text. But what if you want to change the content? We can work that out. If you supply the photos and text, we'll work it in. I just want to avoid a full blown, four month long overhaul. Even if you want to add a few new html pages, for an additional $50 per page we'll pop 'em in.
No more tables. For the most part, within the last couple years it has become safe to use full CSS layouts and letting the tired old table based layouts take a dirt nap with the dinosaurs. All this really means to you is the site will now be nice and lean. CSS will save you lines upon dozens of lines of code, getting the page loaded quicker. It adds up. I remember when ESPN.com went all css, they whacked a third of their bandwidth off the top. Anyway so you will get a great looking site and a lean machine under the hood. All while recycling (go green) your old content, so you don't have to do anything, just say go.
